REVIEW: Kick-Ass 2

kick-ass-2Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. come back with a sequel to their very popular comic Kick-Ass, titled Kick-Ass 2. After the movie was a giant success I guess it was clear there was going to be another so they needed more source material to pull from. Weirdly I liked the Kick-Ass movie a lot, but wasn’t too crazy about the comic. Kick-Ass 2 is a little different. Basically Kick-Ass 2 is bigger, badder and better. In this story Kick-Ass is trying to form a team of superheroes, like a real life Justice League, but you can’t have good guys without bad guys. Red Mist (who renames himself Motherfucker) gets together a gang of super villains, including the awesome Mother Russia.
